Tri County Saints Payment Information
2008-9 Season
-Complete a Tri-County Saints registration form online. Follow the REGISTER ONLINE LINK on the LEFT of this screen (available the week of March 11 through April 11 for travel) by 12 Noon on your tryout day. Please enter your email and password or follow the directions to receive a password. Then continue with the registration process. You must register as an adult first, if you are not already in the system, then you can register a child.
-Provide a copy of a birth certificate at tryouts if registering with the Saints for the first time.
-Bring to your first tryout your deposit and any outstanding balance from previous year by check or money order. (for Midgets ONLY: Full payment is due at tryout).
-NO CASH OR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED
-After 6/1/08, NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE: Refund requests must be made in writing by email to the Board or snail mail to PO Box 55, Mansfield, MA 02048 before June 1, 2008
Final Tuition is due on November 30, The total tuition for the travel program is $1,350.
Tuition Discounts
All family or goalie discounts will be applied on final bills:
·Goal tenders (except Mite House) with equipment receive a 25% discount.
·Families with multiple skaters in Travel League receive 25% on each additional skater.
·Discounts apply to the tuition amount only and not the USA Hockey fee.
·Discounts are determined by the value of tuition, not by age. Highest price tuition pays in full except when a goalie is considered, then the goalie’s tuition is discounted and the next highest tuition is paid in full.
·One discount per skater. A skater cannot be considered for goalie and additional skater discount.
·No discount for Instructional Level.
·Player movement between programs of participation will be assessed a prorated tuition.

Initial installment of $400 is due at registration and includes a non-refundable tryout fee of $125. Payment must be brought in the form of a check or money order to the first tryout. Without payment the player will not be allowed to tryout.
MIDGETS ONLY: Payment of $400 is due at tryouts this includes a non-refundable tryout fee of $125. The complete tuition will be decided in August and the final balance due will be due before stepping on the ice for the new season.

Initial installment of $400 is due at registration and includes a non-refundable tryout fee of $125. Payment must be brought in the form of a check or money order to the first tryout. Without payment the player will not be allowed to tryout.
MIDGETS ONLY: Full payment must be made at tryout in the amount of $565, this includes a non-refundable tryout fee of $125.
Initial Installment Due $400 at Spring Registration: March 25 - 28, 2007
Refunds of Deposit are available Up to June 1, 2007. No refund requests will be entertained after that date. Refund request of initial installment minus the tryout fee of $125 must be made in writing to the Board and mailed to Tri County Saints, PO Box 55, Mansfield, MA 02048
Second Installment will be due September 30, 2007
Board Meeting will be held on or about September 20, 2007 to determine final cost of the programs based on ice costs, registration and number of teams.
Finals Bills Mailed out will be mailed out by September 30, 2007
100% Tuition due is due on November 30, 2007
First 5% late penalty will occur for bills left unpaid by December 01, 2007 based on outstanding balance. A late fee of 5% per month will be assessed on balances unpaid after the 1 month period.
Player subject to suspension from play and practice on January 01, 2007 at discretion of the board.
(Please note House Payments will be due $125 upon registration, and then the rest of the payment will be spilt into two payments and will be due on the above dates of September 30 and November 30)
